Our Founders, Anna and Sam Russell founded The Buttered Biscuit in 2017 to serve their neighbors in Northwest Arkansas a fresh handcrafted biscuit with hot coffee! It has quickly expanded into 4 locations and expecting to grow more!
While The Buttered Biscuit has grown, it hasn’t changed at its core. Sam and Anna desired to glorify God by serving through good old-fashioned hospitality; sharing a meal around a table.
