LITTLE ROCK, ARK (KATV) — The Buttered Biscuit has announced a partnership with the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College (UA-PTC) and will be donating a $5,000 scholarship to the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI).

“This long-term investment in the culinary institute is about more than just nourishing talent,” Russell said. “It’s about shaping the futures of those with dreams just as big as mine were seven years ago. The partnership is made possible through the Buttered Biscuit’s Project Biscuit Charitable Fund, which was created by the business to help propel underestimated individuals forward in their professional and personal lives. The scholarship will be awarded to a culinary student who displays exceptional promise and drive, lessening the financial burden of higher education and increasing confidence in t he kitchen simultaneously. “We extend our gratitude to The Buttered Biscuit for their investment in the future of culinary arts in the state,” said Lewandowski. “We look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come.”
