The Buttered Biscuit, a popular breakfast restaurant with four award-winning locations, has officially revealed the opening date of its newest location in the Heights neighborhood of Little Rock. The restaurant, located at 5016 Kavanaugh Blvd., will open its doors on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025.

Known for its scratch-made, Southern-inspired breakfast offerings with a modern twist, customer favorites include the Biscuits and Gravy, Avocado Grove Toast, Kickin’ Chicken Waffles, Lila Lemon Cakes, the Eureka and extensive gluten-free options. For every purchase of the Eureka, a fried chicken and bacon biscuit sandwich, $1 will go directly to Project Biscuit, the charitable arm of The Buttered Biscuit that helps propel underestimated individuals toward success.

The new Heights location will be led by general manager Jonathan Clark, who brings nearly 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including three years with The Buttered Biscuit.
