Buttered Biscuit opening Little Rock Heights location in late January

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – After a successful opening in west Little Rock last year, the Buttered Biscuit is opening a new second location in the Heights
Doors are expected to be open on January 28 for the popular breakfast restaurant that started with two locations in northwest Arkansas.
Anna and Sam Russell founded the award-winning restaurant in 2017. It will be located at 5016 Kavanaugh Boulevard.
Customer favorites include the Biscuits and Gravy, Avocado Grove Toast, Kickin’ Chicken Waffles, Lila Lemon Cakes, the Eureka and extensive gluten-free options.
$1 of all proceeds from the Eureka, a fried chicken and bacon biscuit sandwich, will go directly to Project Biscuit, the charitable arm of The Buttered Biscuit that helps propel underestimated individuals toward success.
“Our recent opening at the Promenade at Chenal marked a significant milestone for us in 2024, and we’re thrilled to bring The Buttered Biscuit to the Heights as we enter into 2025,” Anna Russell said. “This beloved neighborhood holds a special place in the heart of Little Rock, and we’re excited to become part of its vibrant community and offer up new opportunities to connect over great food.” To see the full article click here.
